I bought new blades but have no idea how to change them

This is one of the very best “high gain, low effort” DIY things anyone with a mower can do.
Those jigs are nice, but if you already have an angle grinder or bench grinder it’s only marginally harder to do this freehand; the angle isn’t THAT important.
Like all sharpening, you sacrifice longevity for sharpness with the angle you use, and I’ve found I go more for longevity; not because it’s hard to do, but cutting the lawn is a hard operation on blades and super sharp blades; having used a shallow angle; dull quite quickly.
