Why she have yellow leaves?

I had this boy for a couple of months by now. At certain point I thought she was going to die. But now she is in a terracotta self watering pot that I refill once she don't have water in the reserve. She hated being close to any window so now she is here with her own growth light that provides 9hr of light every day. I don't know why the yellow of her leafs and some on the tip are crispy. Some of the leafs were yellow before I place her here but some new leafs have crispy tips. Recently this new leaf have this white spots are they a type of pest? I'm doing something wrong?
