Korean Peace Garden in final implementation stage at Botanical Garden

AKIPRESS.COM – The final stage of the Korean Peace Garden project, which has been implemented since 2021, is underway in the E. Gareev Botanical Garden. It is a joint project of the government of Gyeonggi Province, Korea, and the Botanical Garden.

During the project implementation, various seedlings were planted (planting will continue this autumn), the pond is being repaired and restored, a drip irrigation system is installed, gates, a gazebo, decorative walls and a sculpture have been erected.

“Paths have been laid, benches and lighting are being installed, signs in Kyrgyz, Korean and Latin languages will be posted. The project sponsors have provided equipment and inventory for further care of the Garden. Today, the work is entering the final stage,” the Botanical Garden reported.
