stunted growth?

hi everyone! i bought a white wizard months ago and it has unfurled so many leaves. but… the new leaves size are quite small compared to the bottom ones

is there a reason why its like this? i read some posts saying that its unstable for growth as its a climbing plants. do let me know how do i go about it
