Bought two new olive tree plants which I’ve kept outdoors in my west-facing garden over the past couple weeks (they get plenty of sunlight for at least half a day). I noticed the baby olive fruit were starting to shrivel despite watering and discovered these monstrosities on the underside of the leaves. I’ve cut off all the affected branches and have sprayed with a neem oil & soapy water concoction to be on the safe side, and quarantined from the rest of my outdoor plants (which seem unaffected). Any idea what I’m dealing with and how to effectively eradicate for good?
