If you spin it over there should be a bigger opening on the other side?

I have this type. Basically I rotate it so the hole is at the bottom (but still accessible), then get out most everything with a small shovel, then get the remaining bits by hand (with gloves). Not my favorite activity.

I lifted it off the rollers completely, then turned the hole to the ground to dump it out onto a tarp. Heavy but much easier than trying to get my smallest shovel in the opening over and over again

I open mine up and lay a tarp under it. Spin it and take out the compost as it dumps onto the tarp.
