Last year, I crossed my white-spotted Begonia pteridiformis with a pink-spotted one. The seeds took about 6 months to germinate, most likely waiting for the rainy season to return.

Here's some of the variety I got from the seedlings: I managed to get some with white spots, pink spots, and no spots at all.

Great genetic diversity, with a nice mix of variety. I'll try to make more seeds this year when the parent plants bloom again.

Incredible image of love and devotion 😍 all the effort is clearly there. I set some seeds and havent seen any activity in months which is normal but i was wondering how long it might take. So inspiring wowowow
