My food forest in my backyard #mybackyardgarden #containergardening
Hey guys, welcome back to part two of August garden tour. Guys, here I have two cucumbers in here and some green beans. These cucumbers are producing. They don’t look so well. know guys that the sun is very hot these days. They are producing and these green beans here are also producing really well. I also have some green bean too in this container. I had two cucumbers in there guys but they didn’t make it. Guys, I rearranged this area a bit where I used to plant my corn. I think it needed some more soil. So, in order to add some more soil, guys, I put some tires over there. I also planted some green beans over here. Some of them didn’t make it. I am some of them produce really well and I have some on it now that need to be harvested in that tire over there guys. I have some corns. I know I planted too many or too much in that tire, but my corn area guys, I planted callaloo there. This is my corn area guys. I also change it up a bit with some tires. And I have some kaloo. Lovely kaloo’s there. Now guys, I have a gongo tree here. It don’t look so well. I think I’m going to get rid of it. But guys, I throw away some color seeds. And look at them. I also have some beets in here, guys. Some of them didn’t make it. And I also have a few turnips in this area as well. Yeah, those are the turnips. I have them out of the tire in those little areas where I could plant them. I have my dasheen here, guys. And that’s my lovely aloe vera plant. My dash are sprouting. In here, guys, I have some carrots as usual. And when I planted them, guys, the cats went in and they buried up some of the seeds. So, over that section over there at the back, they didn’t um germinate. So, I plant some green beans over there instead. Just making use of the space that I have, guys. As much as I can, guys. I planted eight cabbages in here, seedlings in here, and snails. They enjoy them all. I only had have two leave, guys. The snail ate them all. Even though those containers there, guys, and those sticks, as you know, I have a problem with cats and I use the containers to cover them at night. And those blue thing that you see in those container right there are slug baits that I set for the slugs. But with all of that guys, they only leave me two cabbages. But I’m going to sew some more seeds. I don’t have any choice, you know. We just have to continue. I also have a tomato plant here, guys. I planted some tomatoes over here, but they didn’t make it, guys. Only one did. And this is it. The slugs ate all the leaves. Yes, they ate all the leaves, guys. Up here on my roof, guys, I have in these containers here, I have some Irish that I planted recently, but this one here, I planted it before. Some of them are sprouting out. In this container here, I have some green beans. I’m waiting to get them out, guys, to plant my garlic. They’re looking really well, though. They’re blossoming. I have some carrots, guys, in this grow bag here. In this little white container, guys, I have some red onions. my red calaloo. They’re going home. And I am saving this one for seeds as you can see. And this side, guys, is my I have my um strawberry patch. They’re looking so well, guys. I have to be cutting off the runners off them now because I don’t have space now, guys, to plant them all. This one in the front here is the mother plant. And this is what I got all the others from. All the other ones, guys, I got from that one plant. In those green containers at the back too, they are strawberries. At the far back, I have some skeleion and my two American apple plant that I planted from seeds. and also my faithful little bell pepper plant. Guys, I don’t have much in my greenhouse now as most of my small containers I use them up. I have a tomato plant here, you guys, that is producing. I have some beetroot in this container here. I have a mint here, guys, but it’s not looking so well. I think I’m going to lose it. I have my time down here in these three containers. And on my stand here, I have some skeleions, some kale, some lettucees that I have been harvesting from, guys. some pac choy. I have two strawberries at the bottom here. Some lettucees at the back. I have a beetroot right there. And I also have some pak choy in this one here as well. In this one, guys, I planted some onion seeds. Some of them didn’t germinate, but the one that germinated, um, a few of them make it, but I think I’m going to replant it because most of them did make it. I also have some seedlings that I planted out in this one and most of them did make it as well. I can only see just a few. Guys, I want to take the time to thank all my subscribers, my viewers. And if my video come across you for the first time, guys, please to like, share, and subscribe. And remember to turn on your notification bell. That’s whenever I uploaded a video, you will get it right away. I have some pork chai on here, guys, that I have been harvesting from. My celery is going home. And I have my parsley in that container right there along with two garlic that voluntarily grown from kitchen scraps. I recently planted two cucumbers in here and a red okchra guys. I have some seedlings here. I put them out guys to warm up and to get a little sunlight. As you see, the pork choys are growing and the lettucees are growing really leggy. So I put them out to get some some energy. Here I have some more seedling, guys. that are almost ready. Some of them are almost ready for planting out. That’s a red ochre. Almost ready for planting out. And at the back here guys, as you know, I have been doing a little work. So, this is my new leaf project. I planted the cho here, guys. And I will be making a trellis for it to go on to go up on. And this is my And here I have my grape vine and my project guys that I have been working on. Guys, I want to thank you all so so much for watching. I really appreciate your support. Until next time, guys. See you in the next video, guys. Hope I’ll have something new um at this area here to show you guys in my next video. All right. Thanks again.
