Hi! My pilea has a lot of these kind of leaves. I don’t know what to do about it because I cannot manage to understand what’s wrong with it. Does somebody have any insight? Is it a fungus? Or should I just move it away from the window?? Attached to a west facing window, I water it only when the soil it’s dry.
Thank you!

Should be in a north or east facing window. South or west sun is too hot for these babies. They’re likely burnt, if not burnt – whiteflies can do this too. Do you see any bugs on the stems or leaves? Any movement in the dirt when you pick up the pot or when you brush your finger over the top of the soil?
I think it may have spider mites and it looks over watered. Spider mites eat the juice from the leaves and the plant can look dry because of it, you water more thinking it’s dry but it’s not. Check for webbing or little spiders crawling on it. Use a flashlight and magnifying glass or loupe if you have one, because sometimes they’re hard to miss.
