I know how sad this guy looks! Is this a lost cause? The first pic is when we got it from family member, second is a week ago.. it kept dropping leaves and the third pic is today. I repotted it because I thought it had root rot. I did a mixture of soils like tropical from miracle grow, perlite, coarse mix (found this info online) and itโ€™s struggling so bad!

Any help would be appreciated if you think we can bring him back to life!!

It needs way more light. Put it closer to the window, Fiddle leaf figs need a lot of light

You need to get grow lights or relocate it

Everyone gets these plants and wants to immediately stick it in a corner for aesthetics forgetting that its a literal tree that grows outdoors in full equatorial sun. It needs lightttttttttt. If you want to keep it alive, or better yet thriving, put it directly in front of that window (so long as that window gets enough light).
