Kosteletzkya pentacarpos, also called Seashore mallow. This is at a waterfront park in the coastal North Carolina. The water is fresh and salt mixed in this spot so it is salt tolerant for sure. It looks like hibiscus and so pretty! It seems to grow in the regular gardens also (maybe prefer moist area) so I’m definitely planting this in my yard.
