Got this fella at a plant swap a few days ago. I know the wrinkles are from underwatering so I gave him a drink but he's also very sticky in some places. Checked for pests and didn't find anything. Giving him the right light and watering now based off my research. What's the diagnosis doc?

There is no diagnosis. You just brought it home. Give it some time to acclimate to its brand new environment before you start pathologizing it.
As for the stickiness, the previous owner probably sprayed it with something which is why it’s sticky (neem oil maybe).
I would gently wipe the leaves clean so you can clearly see signs of pests appearing, if there are any. I love fishbones, they’re so lovely! Good luck! 💗
