Got to try the fruit

I ordered an exotic fruit mystery box and it had a monstera in it. I have to stay most exotic fruit have a unique taste that some people like and some people absolutely hate but the monstera has a very fruity taste that anyone would enjoy. I'd say the best way to describe the taste is a nice sweet banana dipped in pineapple juice. My only issue with it is it ripens unevenly. It's still ripening as I write this and I have only eaten a third over the span of a few days. Also the fruit is very aromatic and smells amazing. Once the scales start to fall you can smell the fruit from anywhere in the room.
