My prayer plant is growing new leaves and at first they were coming out fine (just a bit pale) but now they've started to shrivel and I've noticed the newest one is not green at all in some parts. Anyone know what's wrong? We water it with around a shot glass of water every 5-7 days (have no idea how much water we're supposed to give and how often tbh). Could it be that it's not getting enough sun?

I’d guess lack of sun is the top contributor, and low humidity levels could be compounding the problem.

omg I had this issue with a syngonium, never figured it out because I was busy with other things. I think it might be some sort of pest, not sure though. Following to see if anyone has an answer. Good luck!

After reading your text.. It might be lack of moisture. A shot glass once a week is not much. You are supposed to water so that all of the soil is moist. Also these are tropical plants, they love air humidity.
