Rotted/ over fertilized several plants recently. See first pics of string of pearls… roots completely crispy and grey.
I took them out and mixed up a mix of miracle grow cactus soil (was the quickest option!), chunky perlite, and orchid bark. Hopefully will be quicker draining for all of my plants.
Fully restarted and relaid the strands back on top of the soil. I’ve done this before on a smaller scale and not done well, including from water propogation.
Also rotted a large monstera so i separated the few plants that were potted together into smaller pots.
Any advice would be appreciated- i’m so scared i’m gonna lose them completely!

Good tips here for your SoP.
In my experience, crushed pumice > perlite for succulents sool mix.
My SoP lives in about 50% pumice. Impossible to overwater!
