I've had these plants for about 3 weeks and they all came in good condition. The smaller sage has started turning brown and soft while the other 2 are perky. (you can see them side by side in the second pic) They get enough of sunlight and I only water thoroughly when the first inch of soil is dry. Idk what kind of soil this is but I think it drains well.

What should I do? Is there a way to revive the smaller one? Should I try to move him to a different pot?

Looks like the other two might be out competing the third. Typically you are supposed to separate nursery herbs like this before potting/planting, which can really be a huge pain in the ass, and typically puts the plants into a state of shock that takes a while to recover from.

Honestly I might recommend just letting the third plant die off at this point, but you may want to consider eventually one of the other two will meet the same fate.
