So I’ve been using the upside down water bottles to keep my moss poles moist with varying success using depending on how diligent I am at keeping them wet. Tired of the bottles on top and having to fill them all the time and worry about heavy bottles tipping my poles I decided to try out a cheap automatic watering system.
I’ve got it sort of programmed, the instructions were pretty brief and it’s not the best interface ever but not too bad. Waiting on the first water cycle to see how it does.
Does anyone have experience with these? Will I have water all over my floor? I will update once it goes off.

I mean, I’d put a mat down or something. I’ve also been curious about them for exactly this purpose, and have heard from someone on this or a related sub that they can be great for moss poles. But I’ve also read reviews of some of the automatic waterers saying that they can just dump out way too much water at once and make a mess.
Good luck, though. Please keep us posted.
