Same treatment: rainwater at the same time, same indirect sunlight, only difference is that left has perlite. Is it dying or already dead, it's not growing, not bouncing back (up).
This is interesting. Is the right one against a window? It’s hard to tell in the photo but it looks like the right is right against a window and the left is behind it so maybe it’s still a light issue? Or is it more drafty on the left side so it would dry out quicker? Are they both from the same plant? Like one side is a cutting from the other?

With similar lighting and water, I’d check the roots. If they’re from a shop, a lot of the time pothos grown commercially are secretly a half-rooted handful of cuttings stuck in dirt. It could be that the guy on the left didn’t have enough roots to support his leaves when he was potted up.
It’s not dead, just stressed. I’d suggest take a cutting or two and root them in water for insurance (and cutting leaves off will reduce the workload for his roots anyway). Then you can pull him out and check out what’s going on under the soil–rotting roots or underwatering would both cause the wilty issue.
