Just got this guy from cal carn and he's looking a bit rough. Im kinda new to carnivorous plants so I just wanted to get some suggestions on what to do to get him looking healthy again.

I've got an outdoor bog pot prepared but should I toss him under some grow lights first(SANSI lights) cause shipping took longer than expected?

I keep my sundews inside under grow lights all year long and they’re doing great. Definitely should acclimate it to brighter light before leaving it outside. The most important things to get sundews looking good are bright light and constant supply of distilled/rain water

both are fine. although my personal experience is mine do better on the windowsill (or outside in partial sun) than outside in full sun.

Sweet! This looks like the a good one! Is it a typical?

I had one from them like this that a killed down to the nub. Got it in some good water, peat sand mix and good light and it came right back for me😊. They have some pretty deep roots so may think about a deeper pot when you get there.
