I've never had a nice lawn but thanks to you guys I feel like I'm on my way there. These pics are 2 weeks ago when overseeding Vs now. Very quick germination so I have done my first 7cm mow.
Plan now is to 7cm mow weekly until winter and apply A1 autumn feed mid October.
Any further advice on how I can prepare my lawn for the winter?

Could you share your process please? I’m also UK based. I’ve been fighting my lawn for about a year now and despite the back-breaking work I’ve put in, it only looks marginally better than it did when I started. Do you use any herbicides? Would appreciate names of products you’ve used (especially the seeds) if it’s not too much trouble. Thanks.
What seed did you use?

What kind of seeds? Fertilizer? Aeration? How much water? Can you share your technique? Any info would be helpful!
