Can anyone help ID this very long red worm in the sediment on my jar? Is it just tubifex? You’ll have to watch the full video to see how long it is and how it moves.

Sorry, all I have is a microscope so I can't show the whole thing but I followed it so you can see how long it is. I have seen just the head of this thing sticking out into the water before but I assumed it was just an ordinary tubifex. Now I'm not so sure. Do they really get that long?! Is that really how they move underground? I'm not sure if it comes across well in the video, but it also has this spiraling thing that encircles it when it's in the water. I'll try to get a video of it next time I see it.
