I have not repotted this plant since purchasing a little over 2 years ago (I almost killed it, it's spent the last 18 months coming back to life, half of those as only 2-3 leaves on 2 stems). It "sits" in the yellow pot. Periodically I check the level of water drained into the yellow pot. After untangling what I thought were just roots/some rot that needed to be stripped off, I realized there were 2 babies and those were leaves. Currently I have them drying out.
I am open to all suggestions, what "not" to do etc. to successfully prop these babies. The leaves are so close to the roots; should I keep it in water for a little longer while it gets acclimated (slowly) to sun? should I put it in soil? What steps should I take to prep it before soil. I have so many thoughts but no experience.TIA!!!

You already separated them, plant them in the soil that you use for the mother plant and water it like normal. You propagated by division.
The leaves are white because the lack of light, so don’t put them in a place with too much light for now, gradually should be fine with the same amount of light of the big plant.
