Have recently moved into a new flat with what seems to be a pomegranate tree. It seems to have a load of fruit right now.
Are they going to ripen (to the point of being edible)??
How can I give them the best chance?

Pick just before frost, thats the furthest theyll get. They tend to only ripen in long seasons. If they arent ripe by then you could try bringing the pot somewhere sheltered from frost till they are. Much better yield in a polytunnel for example.
