Lots of light. Like south facing window. Water when the soil is mostly dry. Fertilize once a month at half strength.

My string of hearts are by far the easiest string plant for me. They’re all in a southern window that has dappled lights from trees in the summer. All in terracotta pots in a combo of cactus mix with a bit of extra perlite and probably some orchid bark. I water when leaves become soft and flexible. I have five (SOH, VSOH, Silver Glory, string of spades or arrows and a mixed pot that has Orange River) and they’re all super happy.
