It's been without flowers for about a year. I cut off some stems that were dying and some new ones grew back in the last couple of weeks. I have it in a self-watering pot and use an orchid plant food mist. I'm quite new to plants so any advice would be appreciated. Thank you all in advance!

First thing I see, it is planted too deep. Second thing, the potting mix needs more perlite. Lots more. I don’t use selfwatering pots and my mix is half potting mix, half perlite. Third thing I see, is it may have crown rot from being planted too deep. If so, it pretty much is a gonner. Best of Luck.
You may be able to propagate a new plant from one of the leaves!!
Cut a leaf with about an inch of healthy green stem and stick it in a *small* container filled with 60% perlite, 40% soil. (Condiment cups or disposable plastic shot glasses with holes poked in the bottom for drainage work well for this!) Make sure the soil mix is damp but not sodden, put the whole thing under a humidity dome or in a plastic bag, and place it in a sunny location. In about a month or so you should see baby leaves poking up!
Thank you, I will try that as well!!!!!
I would change that pot. Nursery pot is the best option. Then you may put the nursery pot in a decorativo pot.
