Sometimes, it’s the simple things in life that can inspire the most pleasure.
A stroll through Dunsmuir Community Garden in South Surrey, for example.
Located on a portion of Crescent Beach’s Blackie Spit, local photographer Geoff Yue decided to take a walk there last week, and ended up providing a gratifying gallery of beautiful photos.
From sunflowers and sunshine to vegetables and grapes, the gardens were still in bloom and providing plenty of organic bounty, including a tasty tomato provided by a gardener to Yue, which he described as much tastier and sweeter than store-bought.
The garden, which features more than 125 gardening plots, is operated by the non-profit Dunsmuir Garden Group.
