Roblox recently shared its staggeringly high count for the gaming platform’s daily active users, with over 100 million players logging onto the game every single day. Roblox has long been one of the most well-known names within the gaming industry, with the gaming platform serving as a hub for players and game creators for nearly 20 years. The game creation platform has seen plenty of success stories among its many game experiences throughout its history, reaching some particularly historic highs in recent months. Now, Roblox is sharing just how massive the game has become.
Though Roblox has been giving fans the chance to create their own games since 2006, some of its most notable successes have come throughout the last year. Many games like Blox Fruits, Grow a Garden, and Dress to Impress have amassed impressive player counts, with Grow a Garden in particular seeing a massive boost during 2025. The Roblox farming simulator became so popular that its peak player counts even managed to eclipse Fortnite, boasting more than 21 million players on Grow a Garden. A new report now reveals the true extent of Roblox’s remarkable recent player counts.
Roblox Has Over 100 Million Daily Active Users
As reported by Eurogamer, Roblox shared its unprecedented player counts during the recent Roblox Developers Conference. A report shared by the Roblox Corporation revealed that Roblox currently sees an average of 111.8 million players logging into the game every single day, with an astonishing 390 billion visits to its games. Roblox even revealed the significant sum of money that has been earned by the game’s creators, with over $1 billion USD brought in through the game creation platform. Roblox also shared that its pay rates to its in-game creators will be rising in the near future.
Roblox’s overwhelming success was joined by a pair of major announcements for the game platform during the Roblox-centric convention. Roblox Corporation revealed a brand-new type of content coming to the game platform, with “Moments” serving as a shortform-video feed within Roblox showing off different fan-made games. The developer also revealed it will be investing more into artificial intelligence in Roblox moving forward, hinting at features like creating in-game assets using AI prompts and improved text-to-speech engines.

Roblox’s staggering growth throughout 2025 has not come without its fair share of controversy as well. Alongside many other gaming platforms, Roblox recently pushed out new age verification software, in response to growing claims and even a lawsuit against Roblox suggesting that the developer does not do a sufficient job of protecting children. The claims come after Roblox CEO David Baszucki made the controversial suggestion that Roblox may eventually support dating features and include more adult-oriented games. Roblox’s recent controversies have seemingly done little to slow the game’s meteoric rise as Roblox continues to break new ground.
