hello! my plant is what I believe is a Pink Syngonium, I am noticing 3 months after repotting in basic indoor planting soil, my leaves began growing reformed on one part of the plant. currently getting 4-6 hours of indirect light about 5 ft from a south facing window. it WAS getting 6-7 hours of sunlight through a window. i moved it further away to get more indirect light as soon as i noticed the deformity. It began with regular arrowhead leaves, and now a vine with faster- growing deep green leaves that are growing in separate deformed leaves. i trimmed the affected sections off and am holding out hope that not all is lost. one cluster of the plant is still growing regularly, but it is as old as I am and was a gift my late grandmother gave to me when I was born. i dont want to lose her! ive done some research on websites and i cant find a definitive answer. if anyone has any input i would be incredibly grateful.

first photo is deformed leaves i removed second photo is comparing another cluster’s leaves to the deformity third photo the leaf that is at the base of the deformed cluster that originated it.

Those “deformed leaves” are actually the mature form leaf of syngonium podophylum! You can think of it as the holes of a monstera. A young monstera leaf does not have fenestrations but a more mature one will have loads of those holes. So I think it’s just growing up 🙂
