Planted the various strings in these long planters a few months ago. Been wanting to watch closely to see how quickly roots establish along the vines for each type of plant. Been looping the strands back in to the planter and keep the shoots close to the soil with toothpicks. The these plants at least the fastest to surface root are the pearls, followed by turtles & rubies and then bannans, dolphins with hearts as the slowest for sending out roots and holding on.
