G-Lens suggested Trichocereus Bridgesii monstrose cristata ?
Lophocereus too.

And not sure if it is even mutated or just neglected 😅

Loos fine, is it soft when you squeeze it? Where do you
    Live? Temps etc?

    _Echinocereus viereckii_ subsp. _morricalii_

    It’s just dehydrated

Looks like one of my scopicolas. One of them has always grown in this monstrose fashion.

Do you grow outside? If not are you supplementing with additional lighting? They want full sun. PH of water is important as well. Water from my tap PH is around 8.5 which won’t allow these plants to take in nutrients. 6.0-6.8 is a good PH range. Once you dial in on what is required minimum you can start feeding it and it’ll blast off.
