Hi guys,
I got this rose plant from someone special about 3 weeks ago. I have tried everything.
I have changed pot, watered it daily, and added fertilizer but still the plant is dying.
I need tips on how to salvage it. All the leaves are gone, only one bud is there.

It’s potted in mud. And you are drowning the poor fella. The roots are rotting. You are actively murdering it.
First, drain out the water from the bowl in which the flower pot is sitting. Let the water drain out of the pot. Next, take plant out of the soil that it’s in currently and let it dry in air for few hours.
Get proper potting mix suitable for roses or make your own following instructions you can find online. Snip off any rotted roots, leave only healthy ones on the plant and repot in the new soil mix. Water it till the water runs out from the bottom and don’t let it sit again in a bowl filled with water. Don’t water it daily. Water only when the top soil is dry. Again don’t let it sit in a bowl full of water ever again.
