I know, I know, I should at least know the name… this little gal has been in my possession for at least 3 years and has grown extremely minimally. She’s essentially the same size. Pot does not have drainage, she gets a few hours of direct sunlight and bright indirect light all day. Soil has probably been wetter than it should be, I water about once a week. Thanks guys!

hoya
Classic hoya behavior. Hence the reason I never get them anymore lol
Give that poor thing some drainage. But tbh, I think it might be a goner.
You already know the problem: overwatering and too little light. Put it in well-draining soil mix (I.e. soil, perlite and something chunky like orchid bark mixed equal parts) in a well-draining pot (and no, one little hole in the bottom or rocks in the bottom of the pot are not good drainage) and onto the window sill. Only water when the soil is dry to the touch, when you stick a finger in there and then it should be fine. And throw some fertilizer in the water from time to time, some generic plant food fertilizer will work just fine. Good luck!
A Hoya! She’s lovely. Get her some drainage and more light! She will like the same things as your Hoya carnosa compacta likes. Good luck! I don’t think she’s beyond saving.
Needs drainage. Wilted from lack of aeration (classic overwatering irony). It will be ok if you repot.
I think this is a Hoya Carnosa Krimson Queen
It’s a Hoya carnosa crimson queen. If I were you I would put it in a pot with drainage because sooner or later it will get root rot. If the soil is staying wet too long then it’s definitely starting to get it most likely. It means the roots aren’t sucking up the water fast enough.
**Hoyas** are kinda my newest interest. Your plant resembles my *Hoya Crimson Queen*. [I could have the variety ID for my plant incorrect, but for sure, it’s a Hoya.]
I use a Monios T3 full-spectrum, white grow light for mine, 12h per day, 365. It’s potted in a self-watering setup [as are three other hoyas]. Substrate is Sungro Blackgold Cactus and Succulent Mix with some extra inorganic mixed in at about 20 to 30% by volume.
My location is Houston, Texas. Pictures attached of growth timeline.

Based on what I’m seeing in your picture, definitely not enough light based on the coloration of the leaves, and probably incorrect potting. Watering… depends on your technique and growing environment (temp/humidity) if you are under or over-watering.
