They've been sitting in the warmest, brightest spot available to me and only one of them has more than 1 root. A few look like they're about to put another one out. So keen to watch these grow up.
A lot of people say wait for secondary roots, but at that length i’d go for it. All except the three on the right.

you can wait till you have secondary roots, but sometimes it’s hard to wait that long. sometimes i end up putting them in soil when they hit that length anyways because i get impatient. most are ready except the three on the right bottom
