We were picking tomatoes in the neighbors garden and my 3yo told me she found a "little one". She had red on her lips and told me she only ate one. What is this and should I be concerned? We are located in central MN. The berry came from what looks like a vine.

Nightshade. This child should be taken to the ER immediately.
If you have it in your garden, I recommend that you remove it, so that your 3-year-old daughter does not eat more berries.

Please call poison control and take them to the er
That’s an astute observation about it looking like it came from something vine like in appearance.
Pray for 3yo
