No, Pearls and Jade would have green speckles almost like a glitter in the white portions of the leaves.
It’s not QUITE N’Joy because the of the green on the outside edges of the leaves leaving it to be the catch all “Glacier” as it continues to grow out you may notice it change and some grey blueish hues in future growth.
