I was gifted this haworthia earlier this summer and it was in a glass terrarium. I was excited but when I took it home to repot it, it already had root rot badly. I’ve had it sitting in soil and I’ve been watering it once a week but It’s dried out a lot since I got it. It does have a couple nodes that do look like the start of potential root growth but I’m not very familiar with haworthia. Is there any hope for it? I was thinking of trying to do some water therapy.

Just let it sit on top of the soil and wait patiently.

Also the leaves are very thin and curled at this point, I don’t think the plant has much water left

I would let it sit out of soil for a week or so and replant. Maybe do water treatment after letting it callus properly. It would be fine leaving it out of water or soil for a month and not die
