2 looks perfectly fine, and I’d expect #1 to look like that (unsure of the species but all my lanky ones have the browner bottoms)
3 and 4 I’m not sure, so I’ll let someone more knowledgeable than I am pipe up lol

1 and 2 are fine. 3 looks very healthy at the top, but I’m not so sure about the base. I’d just leave them be, mist the leaves every other day and place them in a place with nice sunlight and good air circulation.
