A bit hard to tell but if it’s not from dehydration, check for pests like thrips. They usually cause plants to look unhappy and randomly yellow before you actually see THEM. They’re very very tiny in their early stage.

Sometimes older leaves just do that. But definitely keep an eye out for any unwelcome visitors like thrips.
