I'm trying to grow roots on these monstera plants and see these weird colors. What is happening with them? Please help. I'm keeping them in a glass with water. There is not much sun at where I live. My window is north so the plants only get sunlight from late evening.

Oh them’s thrips. You need spinosad ASAP, and you need to coat every square millimeter of that plant and the soil, and any plants nearby. They can become resistant, so you should only do it a few times a year, but when you do, make sure you get EVERYTHING. They spend part of their life cycle in the soil and part of it on the plant, and they lay their eggs inside the plant tissues themselves. Start reading up, you’ve got work to do.
