Noticed brown leafs about 3-5 weeks ago. Not sure how it started exactly, maybe some general purpose fert I added is the only thing I can think of? I re-potted with new potting mix just incase, topped with straw. No pot base.
Just watering every day, little bit of worm juice as well. But it's still just not happy. I don't know what's going on with it? Any ideas or tips I could try?
Located south east Qld. It's an erdon lee lychee variety.

No expert but from my research and experience with a 10 month dwarf container lychee:
– Lychees are susceptible to wind damage when young often causing burnt tips. Consider wind protection especially if it’s in the open
– They don’t need much fertiliser in the first 12 months, especially if you started with quality soil. Bit of seasol every now and then wouldn’t hurt. If you go too hard with nutrients over a period of time, could lock out the plant.
– Some of the leaves look chlorotic. I would do a pH test of the soil a few cms deep. If the pH is within a normal range for lychees, then nutrient uptake imbalance isn’t the issue. Give it a half dose of liquid iron chelate – follow instructions carefully for stone fruits.
If the pH is out of range, then you’ll need to figure out what’s causing the imbalance.
