My philodendron has not been thriving recently. I was concerned it may be getting too much direct sunlight, but also noticed these small bumps. Thinking it could be thrip poop, and wondering if it’s possible to salvage. The plant has long growing vines and many leaves 🙁

definitely not thrip poop haha. could be scale? are you able to remove them?
Does not look like thrip poop. Typically that would be almost black, solid color throughout. It sticks to the leaves, but can be scraped off with a fingernail.
Scale, scale, scale. I hate scale, others seem to feel ira not an issue..
Cotton pads and rubbing alcohol, all leaves and stems. Don’t wait, do it now and do it often.
Chop and prop if you must but don’t wait
It looks like under-watering to me
