Found this crazy alien plant, anybody know what it is?


Found in Ontario, Canada. Didn't get a picture of the leaves because I figured the berries were distinctive enough

    Compare to Smooth Carrionflower (_Smilax herbacea_)

    A thornless Greenbrier species. At least 6 smilax species grow in Ontario CA

    Our area has thorny Greenbrier which makes its removal a bit more difficult. It’s a strangle vine that takes over that what gets in the way. NW Ohio. The leaves are quite similar.
