Take the thickest ones out at soil level and trim back the rest to the dirt node. Water and feed as normal. It will come back. At the moment it is putting all its energy into feed the top leaves.

Trim away! This is the perfect time. Coleus doesn’t seem to mind when you prune it back, but obvsly don’t do in the dead of winter.

If you wanted to these are easy to propagate. Take some cuttings like 10cm long when you prune it and put it in some potting mix. I find a fresh cutting (once it starts growing) usually looks better then one regrowing in a pot with spent mix anyway
