I’m concerned about my tall boy as I’m moving into an apartment in Denver that’s fairly low light. We have one small window facing west, and the rest are facing east/north. Any recs on grow lights? Should I put some in the ceiling and some to the side?

In (not near) North can be solid if it’s fully unobstructed. Bright, indirect all day. That said, your watering habits could change drastically, just make sure the medium is fully dry+++ between waterings.
I’ve had euphorbia and cacti go crazy in north and if the window is NE even better since you’ll get a few hours of direct sun
My cacti really love the Barrina 50W full spectrum hanging lights.
