Glorioussssssss!! I’ll be getting outside to plant some tomatoes today. Zone 9b so I’ll be good.

I’m so jealous. Lol. What do you do with all of them?

Those purple mottled maters on the bottom are arousing the passions in me

I’ve had amazing years of production like this … but then comes the part where you have to figure out how to store them or use them. And when you haven’t even accessed the preserves you made 5 years ago …

The only crop that I’ve really found that easily stores well on the shelf on its own for years after you put in the initial effort to grow, trim and cure … is marijuana

    Your produce is gorgeous

What an amazing bounty and gifted Green Thumbs

What will you do with all of those?

Going to be chained to that canner for the next week.

I really like partially dehydrating slices and covering them in Italian herbs. Vacuum pack / freeze the slices and they’re great on pizzas.

  8. Wow, what a haul. How many tomato plants do you have?

I aspire to this some day. How many plants to do you have at once? Mine didn’t do well with transplant this year unfortunately

  10. Lovely harvest! I think the neighbors will be happy to enjoy them with you 😊.

Well done, superb harvest! We won’t have any this year because of the hail… too bad.
