Should I remove the roots before putting them in water to propagate? Thank u, also tips for beginners r highly appreciated

    Im not a pro but I say No leave the roots it will help the plant establish.
    Honestly you might be able to just put that straight into some dirt and let it root.

    Maybe just place the whole thing on top of the dirt spiraled around. And wet the dirt first so that it’s moist when you out the plant in.

    Try to bury the longer roots for stability and then cover it with a bag and put it in bright light for.. a few.. days(?) Maybe a couple weeks but make sure it still has a little air flow. The humidity should help it root faster

    It’s good for soil. Goldens are pretty hardy and those are good roots. Cutting those roots off will scar the nodes and can keep new ones from growing
