This amazing FLF had two identical skinny legs. I chopped one and was unsuccessful at propping the stem (I also chopped it into several pieces bc I was new to the plant scene).
As you can see, the remaining leg has huge leaves at the top, but it’s “leaning.” The leg I chopped is what you see at the base. It’s got about 8 inches of growth (or so, it’s good growth).
My question is, how close to the top do I chop it to successfully prop it AND keep the growth at the top?
For those of you that may be aware that I’m plant sitting, I do have his permission to chop.
