Did you know that stir-fried pumpkin leaf shoots are very delicious? In Indonesia, we usually cook it. After washing the young pumpkin leaf shoots and stems (pumpkin leaf shoots), knead the leaves briefly to soften them. Simply sauté with 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil + 2 cloves of garlic + anchovies or dried shrimp + sauté the pumpkin leaf shoots until soft and cooked, salt + seasoning.serve with warm rice, it's more delicious 😊
