This is My first time growing carnivorous plants. and I finally got my first pitcher that grew under my care and not one it came with. look at how much bigger it is! Got this N. Lowii x ventracosa from sarracenia northwest very happy with them. Just got excited and wanted to share. One question I did have though was her coloring. She came in very green but has since turned this yellowish color. Too much light maybe? She seems pretty happy so I’m not too worried just curious what y’all think.

Most Nepenthes are not bog plants and do not like to sit in a tray of water, so I would let it drain a bit and dump the excess. That way you know the yellowing isn’t from overwatering. With x briggsiana, the leaves do tend to turn more yellow, which is normal.
