My neon pothos is in a perpetual state of growing a new leaf while 1-2 leaves die


I try to keep it in bright indirect light and only water when the soil has dried out. I use Soilmate Mega Soil.

    The pot has drainage, I’ve had this plant for about two years and it’s been this way the entire time. I’ve been neglectful of my plants and I’m trying to do better

    looks over watered, id probably replant it into a pot with holes and the bottom and into a dry soil.

    im no expert tho, it def needs a better pot imo, also check for any bugs etc, as this could be an additional issue
